They don't do free estimates, said they'd charge $75 to come in to do a diagnostic - I just wanted an estimate, and they hung up. Happy I didn't get them in to do the actual work.

Lou and his Son replaced rusted steam pipes and tuned up our boiler recently. The work was beyond my expectations. I found Lou to be down to earth and user friendly throughout the process. He did not try to sell me anything but pointed out how some things need cleaning instead of just replacing them. I will call on him again!

I did a total knock down & renovation to my home. The first thing that I noticed was that Mike (owner) was friendly and was on top of his workers. He would come in every couple of days to make sure the quality of the work was done well. His workers are diligent and prompt to their work. Mike would also ask me if I needed anything else to see what else he could do to make the experience easier & smoother. I would definitely hire Mike to do any addition work in the future. If you get a chance to work with him, please do.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

We had another quote from a different company and it cost more than double and that was without the other company re-pouring the concrete. Please advise your employees that when they cut through a parking lot to avoid a stop sign in an attempt to get 1 car further ahead in traffic that they should at least wave sorry/thank you to the driver of the other vehicle they almost collided with.

The technician who helped me was professional, polite, and walked me through the water heater repair process from beginning to end. He did the job quickly and left zero clean up.

What I like most about the new improvements are taps in the sink, very slender and thanks for re-adjusting the water pressure.

Ivar came recommended to us from a plumbing contractor who did the new hook ups for our kitchen island. We learned there was a backup in the old piping.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
