Brandon came out today and checked our units. An AC tech is just a tech right? Sure, only if they're as respectful as Brandon, when I asked technical questions, he explained clearly, and ensured I was 100% happy before he packed up his van. If Brandon is Stan's standard, he sets a high bar for the rest of their techs!

When I had a serious piping problem I was told that I should completely change all the elements, but I got advice from turbo plumbing and they only changed one pipe and everything was as good as new, great.
