I called Ruben's Plumbing because he was recommended. Had a problem with an odor that no one else was able to locate. Explained to Ruben what was happening. Ruben explained what needed to be done to locate problem. Had his staff go out the next day. When I got to property his staff explained what they were going to do to locate problem. They located problem, were able to fix the problem same day and even doubled check to make sure there was no more odor.His employee's were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I contacted Austen Plumbing in the morning, and by the afternoon I had (long awaited) hot water coming from my kitchen sink. Sediment and other things were keeping the hot water from spilling out of the tap, and all was fixed in a timely manner. And things were explained quite thoroughly. I highly recommend Austen and his staff. Bravo.
