He got the job done quickly and even provided tips on proper maintenance. He was professional, polite and very skilled. We're very grateful and will call Chris (669) for all future needs. Charged me $69 to go through the same 60 second process of trying to light the water heater. They then quoted us $200 to come back another day and call the troubleshooting phone number on the water heater or $800 to fix the most likely problem (the gas valve). This is a $15 part! I got someone on craigslist to fix it for $50. Don't waste your money with these guys
