I switched to Stan's a couple of years ago after a friend recommended them to me & I'm so glad I did. I am so pleased with their service & especially with the technician, Chris McGrath. He found that the UV light was unplugged the 1st time he came out. The fact that he used to install new AC systems makes me feel assured he is on top of everything. Always polite & through, Chris spends the time to answer any questions I have. I feel I'm in good hands when he comes out for servicing!

Totally recommended. First, the unit was not cooling. I didn't have the liquid (Freon) to cool. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils (on a new system). That was working perfectly, I am very grateful to Turbo

Sewage backed up in my tubs early one afternoon. I called ARS and within less than two hours Jacob Moser showed up. He determined the problem to be outside tree roots that had broken into the line. He opened the line as best he could and within less than a day, Mike, their plumbing estimator was out giving me an estimate for the major work needed to solve my problem.Jacob was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with his efficient detection of my problem and commitment to helping me get it resolved as soon as possible.I will use this company and technician for my future plumbing needs! They are exceptional and I highly recommend them.

3 smiling faces, polite and courteous, came within 2hrs of my call. They knew exactly how to address the problem and got straight to work, still smiling. Their rate was very reasonable, no charge for the estimate, or coming out. They quickly located the massive clog in the main pipe and got the system flowing again. They checked all the drains before cleaning up giving extra confidence the drains will remain clear for years to come. No more wet wipes!!!Thank you Zen and Jacob ( I missed the other man's name) for a job well done!
