Lee and Branden of 1st Home and Comercial services came out and replaced our PR valve in our 20 year old house. They came and fixed the issue within a few short hours. Very nice guys to work with. I failed to actually inspect or check the work until they had already left. We had a little mis communication on the scope of work. 1st Home contacted me and and sent another technician that came back out and rework or tweak the finished product to my satisfaction. Thanks Dominic for the follow up and quick response to make sure I was completely satisfied. Five stars!

I've used Stan's Heating, Air & Plumbing twice now and I will continue to use them FIRST every time.I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and suggested cost-effective solutions to fix the problem. (I've had experiences where other companies con you into pricey, unnecessary solutions).Recently, my hot water heater stopped working. A different company immediately said it needed to be replaced. Stan's gave me a diagnosis and, again, identified the true problem and fixed it on the spot. (Saving me $2,800).Both technicians I worked with were true professionals. They knew what they were doing and were able to answer any questions I had thoroughly.UPDATE: 4/13/22I continue to use Stan's and they continue to provide reliable service! Today Steve Garcia fixed a dripping shower faucet. He was the same technician for my hot water heater issue so he made sure to follow up on my hot water heater to make sure it was producing hot water for me. Technician was rude, hurried and of course said I needed $2500 worth of repairs or may system could go out any minute. And then acted frustrated when I did not immediately ask him to do the extra work. Fox has gone up every year on their annual maintenance agreement fee and is now seemingly trying to gouge loyal customers for more work. Problem is, I have no idea is this tech was being honest or not. And now I am going to have to pay for another company to come out to get a second opinion. Very disappointed with Fox.

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!

Peter W. did my semiannual HVAC tuneup this morning -- there were no problems -- and he did a more thorough examination than most other technicians I've had in the past, and explained the individual procedures clearly. He's a nice guy, with a quiet sense of humor, and efficient in his use of time. I'll ask for him again if I need work done.

Wonderful, fast service. Arthur Thomas actually showed up fifteen minutes early. That was great. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend this company. Our a/c is now working great.
