I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!
