Joe did an amazing job at my home fixing the hot water heater he was very prompt and always answered his phone right away which I really appreciated. I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. He ordered it for me from one of their suppliers and I had my tub installed a few days later. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Chris and Redbud plumbing. You guys are fantastic!

You never want to have plumbing issues, but when you do it's good to have the peace-of-mind that you have a great plumber you can rely on. Christian is that plumber. Christian fixed a leak by our city shut-off valve and went above-and-beyond to install a box with an easily-accessible shut-off. Also, when I ran into trouble with a dishwasher uninstall and install and had to shut off the water to the house, Christian came in a hurry, fixed the issue quickly, and installed the dishwasher. He's a real professional, and a nice, good person. We are appreciative and will be using Adept Plumbing in the future.

Was referred here by our plumber because he was booked for the next two months. Just needed our new dishwasher installed. We took the old dishwasher out already and the new one was just 5ft or so from the spot in the kitchen were it was to be installed. They gave no indication of cost before the technician arrived (other than an $89 service fee which is fine). The technician however said it'll be $444.63 to hook up the dishwasher. No busted pipes or anything. Just a routine connection with parts (hoses) we had already purchased that were on-site. So ridiculous. We had them just remove the old intake-hose and not install it. And removing the hose cost $129. Can't say I recommend this company. Very very expensive.
