We had a dripping shower problem. The technician was thorough in his diagnosis and gave me a quote. After he started on the work it turned out that the diagnosis was premature. He revised the quote and gave me an estimate and was OK with me sleeping on it. He also waived the diagnosis fee since he had mis-diagnosed it. We called him a few weeks later and he fixed the leaky shower-head. He also gave us estimates on what the parts would cost and gave us the option to get our own or use the vendor provided.

Miguel, the owner, did an exceptional job of replacing a water heater in a confined attic space. The attic access was through pull-down stairs, which had to be removed due to width of the new water heater. After completion of the installation, Miguel coordinated the necessary carpentry work to ensure the pull-down stairs were reinstalled properly. I would hire him again in the future without hesitation.

Finally a contractor who does what they say they do! They are easy to work with, easy to get ahold of, and the work is top quality. Prices are fair and service is amazing! We will definitely be using these guys again in the future!
