What a bunch of idiots! I had a warranty water heater replacement and even it had written on it to go to a specific location for warranty purposes. They obviously can’t read! Clark Kent took it to the wrong place and screwed up the warranty.

On time. Professional. Quality work. Very expensive.

Initial service call did a good job explaining what was wrong and gave me 3 options to upgrade my electrical panels. When the first tech came two days later, he didn’t have the materials needed. This appears to be a job planning failure. This cost me a whole day of work PTO. The next day, the work was accomplished and the workmanship was very well done. I feel I have a safer home with the work they performed. Don, the installer was incredibly nice, professional and their company uniforms instill confidence. The end result was aesthetically pleasing along with the technical upgrade the work accomplished.

Those answering the phone when I called for service sounded a little out to lunch and not customer service friendly. I hung up on the first person and then decided to call back and got another. You all need to work on those who answer the phone for service calls- customer service training. Stuck with the second person as I had no heat and wanted that remedied as soon as possible. Was surprised to get a same day appointment and not be charged extra. As it turned out, due to cancellations I got a call that the serviceman Price could come right away. Price was professional, exuded competency, took time to confer with the gas company about what they had found to make sure he and they were on the same page about things, checked and rechecked. I felt confident when Price left that everything was as it should be. He was friendly and efficient.

Good work! My kitchen plumbing broke causing a lot of moisture from leaking water, so I called Turbo Plumbing to help me fix the damage, and they did! After scheduling my appointment, they came on time and checked the pipe, changed it and fixed everything in record time. Totally recommended!

Sam and Stan did a great job replacing our water heater. Our water heater is up in the attic so it cost more to replace but you get what you pay for. They were thorough and double checked a lot of stuff to make sure the new water heater would fit. All the connections appear to be high quality. My only complaint with a ARS is not with Sam or Stan but with the installation schedulers. I repeatedly told them that I would like the water heater picked up from Home Depot but the message was never conveyed to Sam and Stan. Sam and Stan we’re both very professional about it and did not complain and went ahead and picked it up from Home Depot without any problems. I would definitely recommend Sam and Stan again but make sure you coordinate everything through them when getting a quote.

Technician quoted $662 to clean a filter wheel on a mini-split unit. Call to James, the Tech Manager, revealed that the normal charge is $371, and he confirmed it's a 1 hour job. He justified the almost-double figure because the tech was concerned about breaking the unit. So, they charge the customer for the part they might break, I guess, rather than training the technicians how to do the repair properly so they won't break it, or eating the cost (as they should!) if they do.Outrageous.

Our builder/friend Danny Spears owns CapTex construction. He also owns Indigo Services - they are amazing and employ contractors and skilled tradesman of all types. Danny has become my friend over the last few years, if you need help with your home after the recent freeze I highly recommend that you call Indigo. Their trucks are already all over our neighborhood, and he personally is at our home with my husband trying to safely clear all of our pipes with minimal damage.

Last week Christian repaired a leaking shower valve for us. As always, he arrived on time and completed the job quickly. During that visit, I mentioned that we were also registering a continuous water flow at our water meter. He came out the next day to assess the problem and concluded that the leak was somewhere between the meter and our house. He dug a couple of holes near the meter and found the leak which was caused by tree roots pressing on the line. He proceeded to cut out the roots and repair the line. It was a tough job, but he completed it timely and for a very reasonable price.We have been using Christian for a number of years and can attest to the fact that he is very knowledgeable and reasonable in terms of pricing (replaced 2 water heaters and 2 garbage disposals and repaired 2 leaking bath faucets). Moreover, he always does the job like he was working on his own home. We have told him repeatedly that he will be our plumber for life! We highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service of any kind.
