When my AC went out, it was my worst fear. I knew it was going to happen one day. I bought my home in 2003 and I still had the same AC that came with the house. Yes technology is evolving but us older folks sometimes don't know how to make it work!And when my AC stopped working, Jared returned quickly to replace a part under warranty. Jared is a lifesaver! I have two senior dogs and I was terrified to leave them in the house without AC. But Goettl provides quick service and turnaround.
