This business responds on time. I was looking to check and change a toilet valve, and they came the next day, good!The only upsetting issue was the price. I was told that the hour labor was $121 plus $30 for materials when I called. The team came and worked for 30 min. Then, I received an invoice for $165 for one hour labor, plus $30 materials, plus taxes, plus $3.75 fee for using credit card. I had to call and ask for the original price that I was told l, the person on the phone was insisting that the minimum is an hour labor for $165. Since I insisted the changed the price to a just one hour labor minimum of 125 plus materials. I went there to drop a check and save some dollars for using the credit card.The plummer was very kind and fast, not a problem with the service. Just watch out and be sure what the final price you will pay and avoid any missunderstanding

We have been utilizing SALT to replace our parking lot lights, capital projects, for all of my apartmentnow I can confidently depend on our assigned project manager to provide the answers needed. The biggest game changer is that now I have one source of truth!! They can handle all of our HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, and etc. needs without having to deal with 3+ various contractors. We've had Pre-Fix for our home about three years and it is very reassuring to have experts one can call on a moment's notice. They have done many jobs at the house--weather stripping, replacing grout, fixing dishwasher gasket, recommending house painters, recommending tile repair folks. We've always been happy with those results. Sergio is our new home manager and was quick to fix our washing machine when another tech inadvertently broke the timing mechanism when doing routine maintenance. Pre-Fix took responsibility, Wayne came immediately to investigate on a weekend, and then Sergio came on a holiday to begin the repair. He communicated clearly throughout the process, and even fixed our dryer handle-which had been broken since before we moved into the home--in the process. No one in my family is skilled at home repair and we are grateful for this service!

I recently bought an older home that needed updating. I started with the bathroom. I got several bids from local remodeling companies. I chose Best Austin Handyman and Remodeling because they were very responsive and gave me a reasonable price. They started and finished the project in two weeks and came in under budget. The workers were very polite and did a great job, even though they ran into a few plumbing issues. . I'll definitely use BAH again, and recommend them to my friends.
