These technicians are obviously salesman. He tried to convince us that we needed a whole new system costing between $15,000 and $25,000 depending on parts. Tried to prey on us while it was 100 degrees outside. We had another company come out for a second opinion and told us that was BS and repaired it for $1,500. DO NOT use these guys are at least get a second opinion.

My technician was Jesse Crawford in Leander. He was awesome ! came at the time he said he would...walked me through what he was looking for for and common fault areas. He discovered a previous fault left by another tech and repaired the process under warranty. So awesome and I learned a few things in the process too. Highly recommend Jesse and Stan's Heating overallthank you

Bought a Lennox unit for 14K, most efficient one on the market. After only 15 months of operation, it is not cooling anymore. Last night I called and I asked if I had a warranty, they said YES a 10 year warranty with us. I said great, come out ASAP. They said it will be a $79.00 charge, I said what kind of warranty do I have. She said I am not sure, I responded I am confused. She said, only the technician can tell you until they come out. I asked so if I have a warranty, why do I need to pay for somebody to come out. She fine, I will wave $20.00 off your visit. I say thank you for saving me $20.00 but I still don't understand what kind of warranty do I have. She said the technician will let you know when he arrives between 8:00am and 12:00pm. I said OK I will be waiting, my family is all home and getting cooked. The technician shows up at 12:43pm and checks the unit. He said you have no freon, so I think you have a leak. I said the unit is 15 months old, how can that be. He said it is a lot of pressure on a small copper line, 4,000 psi. I laughed, I said isn't it more like 200psi. I said anyway, well we are under warranty so please fix. He said warranty is only on part and not on labor. He said, I can install freon and see how it does. I said how much, he said about $600.00. I asked, what is the point of adding freon if it will leak? He said OK, I am just trying to cool you down while we order new coils. I said, how do you know it is the coils if you have not tested for a leak? He said experience, Sir. The he asked I need to load some freon to find the leak, at least $200.00 of it or so. I said I agree you to come because I was told I have warranty, I am not paying again for a unit that was $14,000.00 and is only 15 months old. So he search for the leak and found it in the evaporator coils upstair. He said, we can change the evaporator coils for $1,650.00 I said I am sorry I cannot pay that amount on a unit that is only 15 months old.

Great Job, that is how I would describe the work that was done. They came out examined the old system; quoted me a price for a new system, with different options, added in the extras I wanted and gave me a date when I could expect the work to be done. Then performed the work on the date I chose, leaving me with a working system. They came inspected their own work and made corrections. There was never a issue with doing what was necessary to perform a Great Job.

I got home from work and found our air conditioner had stopped working sometime that day. I called multiple A/C companies in the area and everyone was telling me that the soonest they could come see me was the next afternoon. Jake was scheduled to come see us within 2 hours of calling Citywide.Jake was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue with our exterior unit within 30 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. When the house was not cooling as quickly as we had thought it would, Jake came over again to inspect the interior unit and gave us a great explanation of exactly how our unit was installed and why it is taking so long to cool the entire house down.Thank you to Jake and to Citywide for making our house cool again.

Great experience! Super knowledgeable and informative. Have a new build and my AC system hasn't been working effectively and efficiently, since we moved in, finally got tired of calling back the company who installed it without ever getting it fixed and reached out to SALT! SUPER glad I did!

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices. They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.
