Best Drain Cover in Austin TX

A bathtub in my rental house broke and about 1 inch of standing water was found underneath it. Obviously there was considerable damage, and we needed a new bathtub. Daniel’s Plumbing basically coordinated everything or at least set up all of the aspects. I had to deal directly with the mitigation and restoration people, but Daniel’s Plumbing sort of set it all up.Also they handled the plumbing stuff very good and put a new tub in, properly installed.Overall was extremely satisfied. Professional work, always on time, lots of communication, and basically sort of acted as the overall contractor for the job, so I never had to go there myself. I got pictures and talk to the tenant and was very satisfied with the work.I’m not sure about the pricing, as I didn’t really quote it out to many other people, but I believe I got a good value overall for what they charged.

I was contacted right away after submitting my request online. Made an appointment easily and plumber arrived earlier than time quoted.

Zero star. I called and schedule the visit for free estimate for plumbing service. Then, next day they call and re-schedule it appointment and the caller said there is a dispatch fees. They did not notify me since I did not ask. What does free estimates means? To me, they were hiding the terms & conditions and were not at all transparent at first place. Will definitely not recommend rooter plumbing. Beware and do your homework before you reach out.I read some negative reviews and thought, let me give a chance and I believe those reviews were very valid and legitimate.

Chris is a wonderful plumber!! I have used him in the past several times and he has been extremely efficient and fair. Today, one of my rental units reported cold water throughout the house. Chris walked us through to check the water heater prior to him coming since there is a service fee. We were able to get it back on and we didn't have to spend a dime. In the past, he has done excellent work with my properties and met all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend his services and exceptional customer service, very honest. Thank you!
