On New Year's Day, Roto dispatch took my call and found a technician willing and able to fix the leak in my house which was flooding walls and flooring.Logan was the tech who took the call from dispatch. Extremely polite and enthusiastic. Couldn't have been nicer really. Explained everything as he went along and was not bothered by my questions.It's a condo with odd pipe configurations across multiple units. The issue was more complicated than just a snake through the lines, but he figured it all out.He saw the damage it had caused, so he called his restoration teammate Chad and asked him if he could come over to access the damage. Chad drove from New Braunfels to Cedar Park. Quite an effort on any day, but especially on Saturday, New Year's Day.He did a great job as well. Direct about the damage, but not pushy on the sales side either. Both of them together made a great team.I did not have an accurate perception of Roto- Rooter and never used them before because of it. Now I know better. Brandon and Chris with Indigo Facility Partners did an exceptional job repairing termite damage in my garage. The work required supporting the structure while they repaired/replaced several studs in the wall between the garage doors. It was not an easy job that required knowledgeable craftsmen. They did an excellent job.This is the second time I used Indigo. The first was for a bathroom remodel. I was very pleased with the first job and equally pleased with this one.
