Snyder had a fast customer service response and our technician, Dillon, was very knowledgeable and provided great service. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to try to understand what is going on with our system and then thoroughly explained what happened to cause the problem.

By far the best price quote as they actually took into account how simple this job really was. Four other quotes were double theirs or even higher. I considered these other quotes ridiculous! Maybe the others just did’t really want small jobs at all. Jeff Malloy at Donovan’s was fast and professional. Came same day and in and out in about 40 min to convert an old oven range from hardwired 220V 50 A circuit to a wall plug for a 220V 50A 6ft range cord on a new oven range. Others wanted me to wait a week or two for their service. I.e.we would not have a working range or oven for that long. Highly recommend Jeff and Austin Adams who gave me the Donovan’s quote.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
