We had a sewer clogging in our kids bathroom leading to all sewer starting to back up at a Friday night...?‍♀️ Thankfully Daniel from Roto Rooter came out within the hour! He was very friendly, explained every step that needed to be done and gave me a clear quote. Even when it was late in the evening and an emergency he still accepted a company voucher without any hesitation. I appreciated it a lot that he wore a mask and cleaned up after his job was done. He was able to clean the main sewer line and brought all necessary equipment to do the job right away. I am very happy that he saved the night for us and can only recommend him to anyone looking for a fast and professional plumbing service!

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
