I had an issue with water heater installed by the previous owner. After failed attempts by 3 different plumbers the team from this company was able to fix it. They knew what they are doing and even though it was a very unusual issue they ware able to fix it.

Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed my tub and sink drained. The tub drained great but there was issue with the sink. Travis told me my options and gave me an estimate for one of them. After he spoke with the owner, they didn't charge me for the sink since the job couldn’t be completed. I really appreciate that. I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
