Best Septic Tanks in Jacksonville FL

Have used them several times over the past few years and won’t ever call anyone else. They are always professional and courteous, timely and fairly priced. This last visit was for our hot water heater. Not once did they try to sell us a new one because it only needed a repair. To contrast, we accidentally called another guy with the name “Rooter” by accident and before even inspecting our water heater they were starting to sell us an expensive tankless system. That alerted us that we didn’t have the right “Rooter”. We quickly fixed that mistake! Thank you, Roto-Rooter! Again!

Called to get an estimate on a repipe job. Told that there was someone in my area that could be there within the hour. 2 hours later I called them, after spending 30minutes on hold. I got told they would have to call me back. They called back to say they need to send a different type of technician even tho we were very clear what we wanted in the initial call. Very unprofessional that I had to call them to find out nobody was coming. Complete waste of time.

They were prompt at showing up and billing. They got paid right away because they have a link in their email which is VERY NICE. The only issue, we emailed them with a couple of questions and never received any reply. Would have been 5 stars if they would have replied.

They brought two people to figure out the box for our water sprinkler system was broken. Took 2 hours to figure this out. Since they brought two people, one was here because he wanted to learn, they charged me for 4 hours. Totaled $461. If get work done from them make sure you only get one technician. It was a quarter of what it cost to put in a whole new sprinkler system.

I asked for a scope video of an older home that I thought might have clay tiles. The plumber with the video camera was prompt and had good equipment and knew what to do. As it turned out the plumbing had been replaced with PVC and there was just one connection that was questionable as a result of a Fernco coupling having a small separation between the connected pvc pipes but the camera allowed very careful review to determine that it appeared to be working properly. The owner answered his phone on Sunday and sent me the video and went through it with me. I thought this was above and beyond.

They were quick to come out, very professional, friendly, and had no problem solving my issue. Overall just a great experience. Will use again.
