I had the unfortunate experience of losing hot water in my home. I called Mr Rooter and was pleasantly surprised by the person who answered the phone. She was courteous and professional and was able to get someone to my home within an hour. Bruce was the gentleman that arrived at my home. He looked over my water heater thoroughly and recommended replacing it versus repairing it due to the age of the water heater. I wasn’t surprised as it worked flawlessly for 22 years. Bruce gave me a price on the spot and said he could have it installed on the same day. He didn’t pressure me and offered me an opportunity to think it over and call back when I made my decision. There was NO calling back, when your wife wants a hot shower you get it done!!! Bruce left to pick up the water heater and parts needed. He came back in a timely manner and completed the job. Bruce was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. Bruce far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr Rooter for any future repairs, of course I would request Bruce to come back to my home. He is a credit to his profession and refreshing to see someone with his work ethic. Overall a bad situation turned into a positive pleasant experience from start to finish. Floridian Plumbing was absolutely amazing! After accidentally breaking a fixture and causing water to spew out, I called them in a panic. The team was incredibly responsive and took care of everything while I was away. When I returned, the pipe was fixed perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. BEWARE! You are on quoted an $89.00 trip fee. I needed a toilet replaced. The toilet and material were provided. One and a half hours to install. Ripped off for $415.00. No explanation on invoice of services provided for how many man hours. Be sure you get a price before they come out. After toilet install was told flat fee. Paid $276/ per hour. Let that sink in!
