After calling several septic businesses Duck Duck,was the first to respond,and came as soon as we called them,and it was a holiday weekend. All others couldn’t come until Monday or Tuesday. We were grateful and so appreciative of their quickness and Professionalism.They were here within an hour of calling them. Reasonably priced especially since it was an emergency. They came, they They conquered ..awesomely.. thank you so much Duck Duck.. and oh yeah, they also handed us welcome package. Welcoming touch. The guys who worked on our tank ( jimmy) and co worker, did a great job thank you so much!!

The best service I've ever used! I was in an emergency situation where I couldn't shut the water off. I called other plumbers and was told it wouldn't be till tomorrow before they could come out. I called Swift and the lady that answered the phone was like sure we have someone who can come, got a little info from me and a min after hanging up I received a text of who my plumber would be and about a min after that James called and said he was five minutes away! From the time of the phone call till he came was no more than 10 minutes! Where can you find service like that? That was amazing! Thank you so much!

I trust Wayne Nolan and I use his company for all my irritation and plumbing needs. In addition to mypersonal needs they also maintain the irrigation system my HOA. They are honest and very professional. They always offer alternatives based on what I want to accomplish and they helped save money on water consumption by installing a special drip system for landscaping--we even use the drip system for part of my lawn. This system eliminates excess spraying into the street and up onto my house. My house is over 25 years old and has copper tubing installed from the slab. In the near future I will need to have this house re-piped and Nolan will be doing the work.

Zef and his guys are the best. They took out all my old polybutene piping and fixed some other things.They an amazing job on a quick turn around.Special shot out to Jason and Ridi — the two heroes of this operation.

We are very grateful for David, our rep from Donovan. Although we had been with another company we received conflicting information and ultimately were told they don't do that kind of repair David was prompt, professional, experienced and ultimately my repair was a simple fix. Honesty is HUGE to us and we are loyal to business that demonstrate it. I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

The worst company I ever heard of they set me a appointment the tech never showed nor called I call them back to confirm my appointment they told me the plumber was running a little behind any company that sets a 5:00 pm appointment and never calls or shows by 8:00 pm should be closed even if it is a Saturday appointment I will never recommend or do business with these people they are worst than the one star I gave them.
