Very happy with the service. Had our whole house backing up last night. We tried fixing it ourselves but no luck. Scheduled a morning appointment through their website and they actually showed up on time. He walked us through the service, what is included and was transparent about the pricing. Fixed the problem and have us a 6 month warranty. We will see if we need to use the warranty but the service and response time were on point. Also, I recommend checking their website for coupons. We got $60 off.

This company was by far the best in solving my drain problem. About three other plumbers had tried and failed, but Mr. Rooter kept working till they found and eliminated the blockage. I plan to call them with any type of plumbing related issue from now on.

Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I could not ask for more.This is VERY hard to find in Jacksonville.Going forward, they are the only plumbing I will use in Jacksonville. Chris, thank you guys so much for all the hard work!!! Monument Plumbing recently installed a tankless water heater in my garage. Andy’s attention to detail was outstanding. Everything is working perfectly! I highly recommend Monument Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Called to get my toilet fixed. The person on the phone said I would get a free estimate and then the plumber would tell me how much it would cost to repair. The plumber showed up and looked at the toilet. He moved the chain down and changed the flapper that my boyfriend already had changed 4 days prior. He was here 20 min. When asked how much this would cost, he said I don't know and then said I would get billed from the office. I received an email with the bill and it said $145. We were not happy with this price since we had already done the same thing the plumber did days prior. Also, did not like how we were charged that amount for 20 min of service. The plumber also didn't fix our problem. The toilet still doesn't flush properly. We wouldn't have agreed to do this fix if the person on the phone would have said it would have cost $145 just for them to come out. My boyfriend spoke to the manager and he was very rude to him. We've used this company before and did not have any issues. I was surprised the way we were treated this last time. Not happy with their customer service or how they said I would know the cost before the plumber did anything.

If you look at the other reviews on here you will see the OWNER LIKES TO YELL AND CURSE AT PEOPLE. THIS IS BECAUSE THE OWNER IS A WEAK MINDED ALCOHOLIC. HE IS A TELEPHONE BADASS WHO IS NOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO YELL AND CURSE AT SOMEONE IN PERSON. Extremely weak man reliant on external substances. The work is consistently sub-par. Travis and Joe do the job correctly about 50% of the time. Plenty of other plumbers in Jax that do great work for the same price THE FIRST TIME AND YOU DON'T GET YELLED AT. BEWARE! Not a good business! Notice how run down and trashy the vans look. Read other reviews DO NOT USE! Time and money wasted. Unreliable service.
