DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k. Stay far away from this company - especially their office dispatcher Sandy.

Pleasant technician who responded to all my questions/concerns, stayed in touch to let me know of his arrival.

Asa arrived a little early and was able to troubleshoot our system and set up an appointment for later in the week to preform the line replacement(2 man job). Snyder has always taken good care of us and we'll continue to call on them when we have system issues.
