I have been in my house for 30 years. From the day I moved in until now, I have called Steve for any of my plumbing needs. He is always very responsive. He is very knowledgeable. He is always very transparent about what the problem is, what the solutions are, and what the cost of each will be. Since I first called on Steve almost 30 years ago, I have always called him for any plumbing needs I have had. From minor leaks to installing hot water heaters, to installing water softener systems, to replacing a toilet, to replacing a faucet. I can trust him and I have complete confidence that he is the best man for the job. He is the Best!

Process went as good as it could have. Needed a water heater asap and I called to order it and was told they can have someone out the same day between 2-5 and the driver would call 20 minutes prior to arrival. I was called at 1:45 and he showed just after 2:00. Extremely friendly, and very thorough with everything. It did seem a little expensive to have them install it but they offered to match a competitor. Overall, even paying a little more, I don't mind since everything went very smooth and easy. Couldn't have done any better

I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
