When we booked the appointment the issues we were experiencing were explicitly explained. The tech called prior to arrival and we explicitly explained the issue we were having. The tech showed up without the proper equipment and did nothing, but wanted to come back the next day to charge even more $$$

I called a woman there named Sandy who took my details (including my credit card number, which I was very uncomfortable giving out) and said she would call me back with a time when a plumber would come out to fix my emergency problem. Well, 40 minutes went by and she never called me back, so I called a different plumber and made an appointment, so I called her back to let her know, and she said oh, a plumber is coming out there now. What? Then why didn't she call me back and tell me?! I canceled the appointment and I told her to not put any charges on my credit card, and she hung up on me. Very lazy, rude, scammy, and unprofessional business.

He was very professional , explaining everything he was doing. Great work would definitely use him again.

Kyle was fantastic, knowledgeable and empathetic when they came out and fixed our water heater. 10/10, for the future please allow us to tip the workers through card payments because Kyle deserved it
