Purchased a new gas hot water heater from a different plumbing company in Fernandina a year ago. Called them and was told they can not do service calls on a gas H2O heater. Stumbled across Bert Norman's and they got the repairs done. Very Pleased with Bert's.

I was selling my house in Arlington, the buyers sent their inspectors out. I had some things that needed fixed/repaired before closing. I could have done the work myself but never would have met the deadline. These guys came out and gave me an estimate, free mind you, I accepted we had an agreement. The owner call me personally and we discussed my closing date. He saw this through. The new buyers did a walk through on their way to closing. I was pleased and the buyers were pleased.
