Contacted them because my kitchen sink was backing up and this is the 3rd time in the year we have lived here so I asked that they snake the drain and run a camera to make sure nothing more is going on. Received a call from a man who talked to me about the issue and said he was assigned to run camera but he was going to transfer to a tech who can snake because if they snake they run the camera after for free otherwise the camera would cost something upfront and then snake would cost as well. Second tech called me and she said I didn’t need a snake I need a jet which is $1500. She said someone else would be calling me. The next day the first tech calls because the ticket wasn’t closed and I told him what happened and he said he will have someone out to snake and jetting wasn’t needed. Later that day the second tech calls back and says they will be there that afternoon. Showed up about 4pm with the jet machine but had the wrong head said another tech would come out that night to snake. Received a call at 9:30pm saying won’t have anyone until Monday. I lost it and they offered to send someone the next morning. Guy shows up snakes the drain and says camera tech will be reaching out. Still haven’t heard from camera guy. No one seems to work together and communication was horrible!

I hired Turner to remove all the cast iron drains and to replace any non-cpvc piping in my house. While the job took longer than anticipated, I was felt to always be a number one priority. The staff is very professional. While doing a re-plumb can be invasive to your house and a little stressful I knew I was in great hands! Its great no longer needing to worry about leaking drains/pipes. They will insure the job is done right!

My technician was very professional and efficient. He wore his mask while inside and kept within CDC guidelines. He was honest and an exceptional worker. I would recommend.

This place is great. Answer the phone and call you back. Mark has come out to my home a couple times and he is always quick, explains the problem, fixes the problem and explains how to avoid the problem in the future. 10/10 would recommend.
