Best Backflow Prevention in Jacksonville FL

Roto Rooter charged me over $400 to unclog a sink drain. Less than 3 days later, my garbage disposal fell off because they did not secure it properly. It is then I learned they also broke off a valve and said absolutely nothing. They did not even attempt to clean or unclog the bottom of the drain line, see photos. Horrible, overpriced work. They caused more damage than they fixed and it is completely unacceptable. I want my money back.

I called Mr rooter and after a brief conversation about my main sewer line being stuck. They did everything they could to get someone over to me late at night. Allen showed up promptly and reassured me the problems will be solved in less then minutes. Mr Allen was right. He’s not just a plumber and speaks volumes for his company. I will be using Mr rooter in the future.

Called them before opening of business, and they had someone out to fix the issue by 9:30 that morning. Very pleased and will recommend in the future.

Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is. Let’s just say I’ll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service!

Your employee just pulled out in front of on Atlantic. I was traveling 45 to mph. We almost collided. Meanwhile him and the female are jigging in the seats throwing cigarettes out the window. Take some regard for other drivers. Btw the traveled to SouthSide Blvd at 30mph in a 40.
