I called Snyder to see about a few quotes and spoke with someone in office who directed my question regarding my plumbing issue to John. When I spoke with John, he assured us that he would have someone to us today and that Snyder would have a solution for us today as well.To be completely honest, as soon as I hung up the phone, I looked at my wife and said, I think I just talked to the boss. I said this because he has a way about him that exudes confidence in his own person, while also giving the person he's speaking to a good dose of confidence as well. A true leader.That isn't something you sell, that's something you are.Again, John assured me that he would have a solution and said that we would be hearing from someone shortly. I am pretty sure he sent his best guy. Juan is a polite and attentive gentleman. He was extremely professional while also being charismatic without selling me anything. He assured us that he would take care of our questions and give an informative diagnosis as well as a solution. The same that John had promised.After the inspection of the issue and the resolution was discussed, we felt completely comfortable with our options and had no pressure with what to do. Juan helped us to understand what we are up against and the best options going forward.From the beginning of our experience with Snyder, to the end when we gratefully closed the door and Juan walked away, was probably the best experience I've ever had working with someone in this line of work.I believe in tradesmen and the hard work that goes with it, and I am grateful that there are good people in the world that keep that legacy alive. We have been using Donovan Heating & Air Conditioning for 2 years now and they always respond right away and go above and beyond in offering A1 customer service in every possible way. Everyone is extremely professional and thorough and very patient and thorough with answering our many questions and attending to our many concerns. We just had them install a new HVAC unit and the team that came in was very respectful of our home and thorough from start up... to clean up and you could really feel how much they care. We would have given them more stars if we could! I cant recommend them enough!

Excellent service to fix a broken pipe out in the yard. The quick response time allowed our emergency to last for only a minimal amount of time. Would absolutely recommend using the service and the technician Gerald Howell who conducted the repair was amazing and very respectful to our situation, clearly explaining everything that had happened and what he was going to do. Excellent service

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
