We have used Brother's Plumbing for sprinkler start up and shut down several times in the past. This year, for probably the 3rd or 4th season, we called at the end of May to schedule sprinkler start up. Brother's will only warranty their sprinkler shut down work if they also start up. Because of that, we decided to try and stick with them again. Labor shortages meant that they couldn't get anyone out to our home until the end of June, a month later. We understood that and agreed to wait.The day before they were supposed to show (after a month of waiting already), I received a voicemail saying that their tech wasn't available and they needed to reschedule. I called back and said we'd be happy to work with them, within reason. Their first offer was the second week of July, which was, of course, not acceptable. They put me on hold several times. I waited on the line for about 10 minutes while they talked amongst themselves, trying to work out the schedule. When they got back on, they said could still do the original time scheduled the next day.The next day, they were a no call, no show. When we called to find out where they were, they said they never had us on the books with an appointment in the first place. Ridiculous.I called and asked for our case to be escalated to a supervisor. I was told we'd get a call back. I also emailed them. To this day, not a word. I recognize that they're probably dealing with a combination of a short labor force and a lack of good processes due to both a labor shortage and rapid growth. Either way, they've lost this customer for life and I won't ever recommend them. All they needed to do was reach out to apologize and try to make things right. They've not bothered to do so.

Valentin at Euro Plumbing did some water shutoffs for me. He was so professional and polite. He was very efficient with his time and did a fantastic job. I definitely recommend this company, especially Valentin.

A friend highly recommended High 5 Plumbing after she had work done in her home. I want to purchase a gas range/oven for my kitchen, but since there was not a gas line in the kitchen, I contacted High 5 Plumbing to send someone out to give me an estimate for the work, and the person came out the next day. Ryan, the workman, was very pleasant, thorough, and explained all of the details involved. Someone will come back tomorrow to do the actual work. I am very pleased with the preparatory steps that have been taken.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

I recently purchased a home in Littleton, CO and had Carlos Rios from Hyperflow come out and do an inspection on all of the plumbing and sewer lines. They were at home within one day from when I called! He was extremely polite, professional, and informative. He explained everything to me and how to prevent future issues. The inspection was relatively quick and easy and ensured that I did not have any issues or concerns before buying them home. Carlos explained how a sewer line that is not functioning properly could cost over $20,000 when you have to break the slab of concrete and fix drainage lines. I was very happy that I called and have the peace of mind now. I would highly recommend Carlos and Hyperflow for any plumbing issues and/or home inspections.
