Derek was REALLY great and fast at repairing and fixing our washing machine valve. He was very professional and funny throughout and really put my mind at ease with explaining everything he was doing or going to do. Will 100% use this company again for all our plumbing needs.

Just had Derek again and he is awesome. Needed a gas line moved. He also redid some valves on my water heater that were put in wrong by another plumber.

I called on a Sunday morning to have someone look at the leak coming from under my dishwasher that eventually made its way to my basement. I spoke with Bruce to schedule the appointment and he was as kind as could be. Art came out that afternoon and thoroughly explained where the leak was coming from and what needed to be done to fix it. He attempted to unclog the drain in my laundry room from all the leaking water but was unable to due to it being an OLD house and having a blockage in the way. Regardless, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I purchased a refrigerator through Lowe's and they recommended Quality First to install a water line for the new fridge. My technician Brian was fast, very professional and did the job to my liking. He needed to pull my dishwasher out so he could run the line behind it. He reinstalled it and leveled it out, just like new. When he was finished he pressure-tested the line to make sure there were no leaks. From now on whenever I need plumbing done I will call Quality first. I will always ask for Brian. Great job.
