Andy and Gannon are very knowledgeable and competent technicians. Professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything they had repaired and replaced. They also answered all our questions without hurrying us which was very helpful. We would highly recommend both of them. I have only used this company for a furnace/boiler inspection and tune up so far, but based on that experience, I will definitely try them out for larger issues and repairs. The tech was very professional and friendly, and answered all of my questions, some of which were about other systems in my home.

I like the communication with High 5. The scheduling was easy with a 2 hour arrival window but then I was also contacted when they knew which side of that window they would be on. Received a call and a text.Chris arrived and was very nice and thorough. There were several recommendations to completely fix the problem but no pressure. I went with just the drain clean. It seems to have worked and I am pleased with that, although I do feel the price was on the higher end

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

We had a minor sewer backup that we wanted to get taken care of before it became major (yes, we’ve had those too!) Called Bell at 9:30, Jim came at 10, investigated thoroughly and found a clog in the drain line, and all was done by 11:30! Fantastic service and they had a special too.

Fast service, we needed our main line unclogged and they showed up within an hour.

Great job by Stephen Jones. Friendly and professional service, got our evaporative cooler working wonderfully. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Bruce was great help. When it comes to plumbing all I know is where the pipes are located. Bruce arrived and explained to me what the issue was and how to fix it. Quick and easy.

Called them when I landed at Denver airport. They were at my place before my train had even made it home. I gave them the garage code. They got in, found it was a simple issue, fixed it before I was home, and didn't charge me anything. And I still have time to write this review from the train. Alan was awesome, honest, prompt, helpful. Feels good to say I've found my plumber for whatever else I need in the future!

Super friendly. Excellent pricing. Another company tried to tell me I needed $2,000 in repairs. Jason checked everything and $175 later I was good to go. Will call him for any future plumbing project. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation.

Michael came out on extremely short notice to remove a new lake from our backyard. He was very responsive and professional from the beginning. By afternoon our backyard was dry(ish) and running water was restored to the house. He also provided some tips so I can hopefully tackle the job myself next time which was greatly appreciated. Would call again if in need of service.

Mark C arrived at our house on time (early actually, which was appreciated) - promptly looked at the problem, explained the pricing, quickly got to work to troubleshoot the issue, and then once nailing down what the issue was fixed it. Mark even took the time to explain the inner workings of the problem, and helped us get the water heater and furnace restarted. We're new home owners and I can't begin to say thanks for taking the time to educate me on all the stuff that's new to us. Thank you again!
