Woke up to our water heater pouring water out its top. Good news, our drain was doing its job and the basement wasn't flooded. Bad news, the valve to the water heater was broken. Only way to stop the overflowing WH was turn off water to the house. Caleb was out in a couple hours, went out of his way to answer my questions, and presented options for both best quality and lowest price. He got it done, and even cleaned up the ANT LARVAE he found in the nest under the old WH! Total kudos and thanks! 😸😸

Mikhail did a great job of fixing our sump pump discharge line. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He not only fixed our busted pipe, he left the whole sump plumbing in better shape than he found it. We were very pleased with him and Best Choice Plumbing!

My family is very happy with the service provided by Balkan Plumbing! They replaced a Bradford White water heater (power direct vent) in my basement. The first company I went to wanted $5500 with a 2 year warranty. Second company estimated $2900 but upped the quotation after they sent over a plumber who said the wrong type of water heater (power vent) was ordered and that they had to special order a water heater for us. Price increased to $4400. Nate at Balkan Plumbing contacted me and gave me a quick quotation at $3300. I was a little hesitant but they offered same day service, and after a week without hot water, it was hard to say no to the price and expediency that Balkan offered.

Pete came over with the support of another person...there were two trucks outside. He wore a face mask for protection and also wore booties to protect my floors. He originally estimated 1.5 hours but it only took him and his partner an hour to complete the work! I was amazed at the speed of the install and the good news is that we have hot water! A drip pan was also installed, which I didn’t ask for but knew the other plumbers were going to do that. All in all, I highly recommend Balkan Plumbing and would hire them again.
