Everything about this company is amazing, the price, the speed at which my water heater was installed and the quality of the service.

They took the time to explain to me everything about the water heater, removed my old one, install the new one and depose of the old one for one flat price!

I woke this morning to my basement drain backing up. I called plumbline, and in less than 2 hrs they had Jordan King at our house. Thankfully whatever clogged the drain came loose before he got there, but he was humble and honest. Went over my options for other repairs and even talked me out of snaking it anyway because of certain issues it would cause if done and not needed. Definitely using them in the future, that was as painless as it could get, much needed on a stressful morning.

My elderly parents called Arch at Drains R US to clean out the trap in the kitchen sink. He told them that he would have to get on the roof and snake out the whole system. When that didn't solve the problem he cleaned the trap like they originally asked and that solved the problem. He charged them $300! Ripping off the elderly is not good practice for any business.
