As a small property manager, I have used these guys for MANY projects and issues throughout Denver. They're pricey (but par for the course with a larger plumbing company that can respond in under 2 hours), and a couple of times we've had issues getting them to respond at REALLY after-hours times (super late, and once on a holiday), but the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and does good work. The star off is for the price and the after-hours issue, and if I could give 4 and a third stars I could (1/3rd of a star off for each of the two issues).

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!
