Great service! Kind in explaining the issues and very understanding when I misunderstood a concept. I've strictly used Brothers for a few years now and don't plan on altering course any time soon.

My hot water heater went out. Euro Plumbing provided immediate service that was very affordable and very professional. Andon was very thorough, explaining everything he did. He also noticed that I needed a repair in my plumbing for my sprinkler system. He gave me a reasonable price to repair it and took care of it while he was here. I will definitely call them again and in fact, I referred a friend today who is planning on getting a new hot water heater.

They worked me in quickly the day I called after a cancelled appointment, showed up earlier than expected and quickly took care of my clogged drain issue. The thing I liked the most is that they communicated the entire time and had an app that showed me where they were. Great job!

Just want to say that the customer service was excellent! The person that answered my call was very professional, friendly and understanding. I was informed via a phone call that my technician would show up within fifteen minutes. My technician showed up on time. Mr. Ryan Riggs was very professional from the moment I met him. He very detailed explained what needed to be done to clear the clogged pipe . He also very explicitly explained the possibility of a different issue had his first attempt didn't work. But it did work! So i was so happy, pleased and relieved with the service Mr Ryan did. Thank you so much Mr. Ryan I will defenetely refer you! Merry Christmas!!!

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. He installed a gas line for our gas stove. It was done in a timely and professional manner that i truly appreciate. Look forward to future business with Steven and Spring Valley!

I scheduled a tuneup, which I thought would include basic things like cleaning the vents.. Instead I paid almost $400 for an inspection so they could tell me what they could do to make my ac work better. Now I’m paying over $1,000 dollars for a cleaning to improve the airflow. I thought that would be included in “tuneup.’ Bell always does good work, but they charge A Lot, at least that’s how it seems to me.

Bruce came out after 10 pm on a Friday night of Memorial Day and saved us! We had a leak at our water main shutoff. Rather than go for a full repair of that valve, he offered a simple solution that stopped the leak. Bruce was friendly and helpful.

Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.
