employee showed up to drag nasty, wet equipment thought my carpeted house. When I asked about a tarp, they said it was an additional charge. Do NOT believe their site that customer is treated like royalty.

Johnny was super responsive and answered all our plumbing questions! He was super nice and even gave our dog a treat right when he walked in!

Vanko and Boris came to our rental on a Sunday and did an excellent job installing a new water heater on short notice. They were incredibly professional and even warned us about some potential safety hazards we should look out for. Before they left, they setup a water alarm and carbon monoxide detector as well which was awesome. We really appreciate their hard work and willingness to help us out!

Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

It's NEVER a good thing when things go awry in your bathroom on a Saturday mornng. Clearly, I understood that this was a job for Superman. Not having a plumber in the family, I had to find a service. The best reviews I read were for HIGH 5 PLUMBING and I called. Right away, they were friendly and informative with a price structure discussed. JORDAN was able to come early; he's a Journeyman Plumber. He assessed the sitch - clogged drain AND I flushed my tongue scraper down the toilet - and was able to give me a fair price before he started. Very transparent!Not only was he professional and speedy, he was also very personable and quick witted. He is simply great! Also, I found out the best place for pizza in all of Denver...you'll have to ask him! And yes, he did HIGH 5 me before he left!

I had a gentlemen named Chris come help me with my furnace and couldn't be more happy with the result. He was quick and extremely professional. Chris also showed how I can trpubleshoot the issue myself going forward. That alone is worth the value of the service I had. I would highly recommend using Bell for any furnace issues.

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. Fast/Fantastic customer service. For starters the customer service from the office staff is wonderful. I started scheduling my appointment online and was contacted the next day to finish scheduling. I got a reminder call for the appointment the day before as well as a could we swing by early (if your available) call that day of the appointment, which worked out great because we were able to get our day started earlier than expected.The plumber that came out (Paul) was very professional and got the job done in no time at all. His work was also phenomenal. I needed a 90 degree elbow repaired on my sprinkler system after the solder broke on my previous one. I knew the work on the original elbow was rough at best (hence why I needed work done), and it became even more apparent after Paul finished his work. His soldering was extremely clean and highly professional looking.Thank you to all involved on helping us get our plumbing issue fixed. We will surly be using this company again for any future needs we might have.
