We needed to install a 240 volt outlet in our garage to better charge our electric car. Casey and his apprentice Jordan came over and could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. The install ended up being more complicated and time consuming than planned but they did a great job and made us feel that we were in good hands. I would 100% use Brothers again for any of the services they provide.

High 5 Plumbing is fantastic & I highly recommend their services!! Emily was terrific to work with coordinating quote updates, scheduling & confirming specs. Jerry is a phenomenal technician with great communication checking in with us throughout the day. The installs of two toilets, pop-up drains, kitchen sink valve & toilet retrofit were perfect!

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

The Technician was very experienced and was very helpful. I would recommend Bell for all their needs when it comes to Plumbing, they might be a bit pricey, but they are a Company that has been around for years. I say this after I had several plumbers come out and try to sell me rather than try to fix the issues.

Mitchell was so incredible! He was kind and helpful and explained everything in detail so I felt like I really understood what he was doing. I will absolutely use Tipping Hat and Mitchell again, and as a realtor, I will be recommending them to my clients as well. Thanks for the great service!

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Highly recommend After Hours Plumbing! We had a leak in a bathroom on a Saturday & Arthur came out quickly and repaired it. Both he & Bruce were honest and communicated everything clearly. Will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

Pedro thank you very much for the quality work and timely responses. I am impressed with the work and looking forward to our next project.

We used them for years. Unfortunately they no longer offer 24/7 service. Not only do they not offer 24/7 service, they refused to even schedule an appointment for the next day. The quality was always mediocre but the 24/7 service make it worth it. We will be taking out business elsewhere.

Very professional workmanship and communication. My sewer line needed to be replaced from the basement floor drain to the street. Very long difficult process to deal with but this company helped me get my home back as quickly as possible and did a great job doing so.

Horrible. From start to finish, every employee is not committed to doing the right thing for the customer. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
