Job was to replace the large wastewater-to-sewer line under the basement floor. A courteous and competent crew worked carefully and systematically: breaking concrete, excavating and removing the damaged pipe, installing the new pipe and connecting all the branches, filling the trench and pouring new concrete.This full-day job was completed with no mess and much less disruption to the household routine than I had anticipated.

Excellent experience! Called at 9PM on a weekend and a tech was out the next day. Tech was polite and even gave some pointers for maintaining my plumbing for the future to save money.

I was way over charged by this company. The repair they preformed took a little over 1 hour.
Main water shutoff valve froze so needed to replace it.
Was charged $1300 for this simple to do job. I am a senior on a fixed income, they knew they had me over the barrel.
Called them up to registered a complaint she did not want to here it.
Never again!

100% would recommend, in 10-15 minutes he was able to determine the source of a leak in a shower were Roto Rooter, and other big companies were unable to pinpoint. Not only that, but the price was very affordable and he explained everything along the way. Made sure to quote me before work started and even with that he ended up charging me below the quoted price. They also gave me a 30 day guarantee and was overall a great guy.

I can not say enough good things about Roto-Rooter. I have a cabin that is in a remote location, and I called them at 8PM on a Friday night with a clogged toilet. They were at my property immediately to work on resolving the issue. I had been needing to replace the sewer line for some time due to root intrusions in the line, and over the course of 6 months I had called no less than 10 plumbers, and no one ever returned my call. The clog was due to the intrusions in the sewer line. Roto-Rooter was able to replace my sewer line within 24 hours of me authorizing the bid. The price was right in line with what I expected to pay, and they were incredibly professional. Big shout out to Seth, Tyler, and Jonathan. You guys were great to work with, and I very much appreciated your high level of communication. I can not recommend this company enough, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future for any plumbing services.
