They answered my call on short notice and installed a water heater at half the price of what I was quoted by a competitor. I am not very happy. I had rotor rooter out in July, then I had to call to have you guys come out again. When I called, the lady said you would be out by noon. Then a gentleman called and said it was going to ve an hour or two because. Truck went down. That call came in after noon. Then at 2:20 I called and a lady came on the phone and said that you were on your way. I asked how long and the lady was short in saying about a half hour. CrAig showed up a little before 3.

Roto Rooter to the rescue! We had a horrible blockage from the disposal come up through our bathtub and on super last notice they were able to come solve the issue.
