The office called to give me a time window and Johnny confirmed before arriving. He was also great with our overly curious dog that kept interrupting his work. Called Tipping Hat out of a panic due to service call gone bad from another company to repair AC unit. Joseph was out here in Roxborough with in hours to assess the situation and offered options to remedy. We were offered 4 options to choose from and financing if we needed. We decided to go with a full AC and furnace upgrade which was more than what we needed, but were confident on trusting our investment with Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating & Electric. After choosing our option the install crew showed up early morning and on time the very next day ready to go to work. The install went smoothly and is a very professional and clean installation. The crew was very respectful of me working from home and of the family while they worked. They installed quickly and cleaned all the mess. I am giving Tipping hat a very rare for me a 5 star review because they hit every metric you can rate perfectly. Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Will refit let continue to have this company be our go to! Thanks again!

Excellent service and experience with Kyle! He came out the same day to fix my outdoor hose spigot issue after a failed attempt to fix it myself. He was friendly, quick and super professional and did all the work afterhours when he totally didn't have to. I 100% plan on continuing to use this company for all needs in the future. Kyle cares about his customers, is willing to work late to get the job done and makes the experience as pain-free as possible for his customers. While they probably aren't the cheapest option out there, they are close to my house, easy to work with and don't take forever to get out to fix the issue and are reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend this place and the other reviews obviously agree that this is an excellent place to do business with.

Our kitchen sinks backed up on Friday and when I ran the disposal, water came shooting out in the cabinet underneath. It was a total mess and we couldn't use the sink all weekend. Monday morning I ran the dishwasher. When Devon got here, nothing was wrong. lol He offered an $80 charge for just a service visit or $170 to snake it anyway. I said go for it and I'm so glad I did! Apparently all the business under there was clogged with grease. We always use a grease can but Devon informed us that all food breaks down and eventually turns into grease and we have lived here for 16 years. I would totally use this company again. The only thing I would suggest is that when they bring the compressor in, they put something under it so they don't scratch one of a kind wood floors. I'm a bit perturbed about that.

These guys are awesome! Day before Thanksgiving and I had a pipe leaking under the sink in my rental property. Mike got on the phone with me right away and had someone (Lance) out within hours.

Lance did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the entire service these guys delivered. I will use them for any other plumbing needs and highly recommend.

Awful communication, awful service!! If you have a warranty, contact the warranty company and have them schedule someone else. Don't waste your time with these people!!
