Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

On the expensive side but came out on very cold Sunday to clean drain that was clogged backing up into house. Andrew I think his name was, very Friendly and helpful

Pedro and his guys were exceptional! I recommend them with the highest rating possible! I had a blocked sewer in a rental condo, and had hired a rooter service that could not clear the sewer drain but charged me hundreds anyway, so I called New Connect. First of all, these guys came out the same day that I called. Secondly, they worked around my tenants work schedule, AND, had to come back a second time, AND had to work late into the evening, way past normal business hours. They were tenacious, (when the first plumber gave up within minutes) and were able to clear the blockage, with a final bill that was very very reasonable. I manage many properties in the Denver area and these guys are at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs and repairs. Call them!

Going to make this real simple for whoever reads this, stop your search and call this company. First they were able to come see our issue day off, had text updates for arrival, and sent name of the team member that will be arriving. Jake was our technician, great guy! Thoroughly explained everything and went the extra mile to point out anything else beyond what we called for that he thought should be addressed. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Worked quickly and efficiently. Without a doubt we will be using this company moving forward!

Hello - Colorado Sewer came out to my home the day before Thanksgiving to snake out my kitchen sink. They did their job and left. Friday morning there was a lot of water in my basement. It turned out that the guy from Colorado Sewer put a 6” Gash in my schedule 40 drain pipe. When they came out to inspect it I asked him to help Me move my bed and entertainment cabinet out of the water and he said it was not necessary. I could not move it by myself. They sent a plumber to fix the pipe but that was it. I called and left a message for Sean (owner) I asked if he knew what standing sewer water did to personal belongings. He then proceeded to call my ex instead of me. I called my home’s owner insurance and they immediately sent out Paul Davis a water mitigation company. They helped me move my stuff out of the water or course and extra day after Colorado Sewer could have helped me. I have Ethan Allen furniture that the feet are now splitting and falling apart. I called Sean 2-days ago and asked for a check to cover the deductible ($1,000.00) and not a peep. I have now been without a bedroom for 2-weeks and it’ll be another 2-weeks before it’s all back together. No one from Colorado Sewer has called and asked how it’s going or can we help. They are useless in my opinion. Now I have an attorney and will have to go after them. Incredible! Do not use them!!!!!

Absolutely amazing guys, couldn't recommend them more! They arrived the same day we encountered the problem and did a very complex and a huge job. Very experienced, honest and personable crew. Most of all, they went above ans above to ensure us everything is going to be done by code and with high quality which it was a very quality job. They cleaned up and put everything back like nothing happened. They provided us with a price I know we wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. Amazing company! 👏
