Ricky did a great job installing my new Delta faucet. He detected an issue with the old one and was able to install a new faucet and valves on the same day. Not only did he install a new water pressure valve for me, but he was very observant and noticed that my expansion tank for my hot water heater was leaking and installed incorrectly by Home Depot. He came back out and replaced the expansion tank as well as replacing a galvanized pipe in my crawl space. Scott is an excellent plumber and was so patient throughout the whole process. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and provided great knowledge, which demonstrated his expertise in this area. I highly recommend Tipping Hat for your plumbing issues!

Jim came quick and was nice however the pricing and invoice was a scam. They charged me $400 and made me believe it was going to be a hard job, yet he was done in 20-minutes. After doing research, the part costs $50 (though Jim said it was very expensive) and with 15-minutes of labour, this was a rip-off! Then when you look at the invoice, there is no itemization of the item from the labour, just one cost. Why not be transparent with your customers? Why not just charge a fair price for the work?

Our A/C was blowing hot last week. Called them up and was on the schedule quick! Brian called me 30 mins before appointment and said he was on the way. he showed up right on time. Brian checked out the unit and diagnosed it as being a few lbs low on freon. He told me exactly how much the repair was going to be (under $350) and I agreed to it, I thought it was going to be way more. About 45 mins later it's blowing cold cold cold. I figured he was going to try to upsell me but to my surprise he said that's all I needed. I paid the bill on by CC and recieved an email with the invoice, pictures of the unit and warranty info. These guys are great. Professional, clean cut, great pricing. Plesently surprised. I was once ripped off by some other company so I am always leary of hvac companies. I am so glad I called Plumbline.

Neil Thompson, the tech, did a great job fixing the plumbing under the bathroom sink of a leak in the pipes. I called and they had a tech in the area and would be there between 3-5pm and called back and said he would be there at 1:30. Was done with work in 1 hour and looked great. I would highly recommend this tech.

I wish there was more stars I could give to Broken Pipe Plumbing. Last week the hot water heater in my business broke forcing us to shut down. I called many plumbers from this site and was not getting far then I called Wayne. Not only did Wayne respond the faster then any other company his quote was more then $1,000 less then any other I got. Furthermore, all of the other shops told me that it would be days before they could get me back in business... Wayne had be back up that night! Wayne was punctual, nice, honest, funny and the work that he did was some of the best I have seen. I will be calling Broken Pipe Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and so should you.
