Unbelievable response time in zero degree weather

Royalty Plumbing was recommended to us by a fella that does renovations and uses Royalty Plumbing for all his jobs. Leon has come to us twice, at a moment's notice, and fixed our minor little plumbing problems, stopped up toilet, slow drains, changing faucets, etc. He is always quick and thorough, and always professional. Royalty Plumbing (and Leon in particular) is our go to plumber, for large jobs or small.

Done was very prompt and made quick arrangements to take care of our needs. We had recently installed new counter tops and sinks.The drain locations on the new sinks were not at all conducive to me hooking the plumbing drain lines back up. Jeremy showed up late afternoon on Friday and indicated he didn't have the parts he needed on the truck and his shift was about over.He requested to return on Monday and I agreed. I was a little shocked at the estimate, but I understand overheads nowadays. Jeremy returned on Monday as promised and made quick work of the issue. Thanks for the great work, Jeremy! Nothing personal but I hope I do not require services in the future... $460 is a chunk of change! I know I agreed to it, so no need to point that truth out to me!
