I've used Plumbline on numerous occasions from air conditioning problems, furnace issues and today constant running water in the toilet. Today Brian came out, assessed the problem and fixed it immediately. I have also had Zach W and Cody before with the same resolution to my problems. we discovered a small flood in our basement over the weekend but did not know the source. called a couple of plumbing companies andDone was the only one that said that they could be out the followingSunday morning. We had never used this company before but willmost certainly from now on. Jeremy arrived at the agreed time andfound the leak on the out going hot waterline of the hot water heater right away, explained what options we had and went to work. During the time he had to drain some of the water from the tank he discovered that our floor drain was plugged and switched gears to clear the drain beforegoing back to repairing the the water line. The entire time Jeremy was working he took the time to explain everything he was doing and what the additional cost would be. We were very pleased with the quality and determination of his work. He also discovered another problem with our kitchen drain that will require a camera to figure out and set up an appointment for that the following day, on the ball!! Timothy has installed our: boiler, water heater, swamp cooler, pool equipment, and an entire bathroom. Needless-to-say, we greatly value his services.
