Steven even reconfigured the pipes under my sink for optimal performance for my disposal for future use. He was knowledgeable when I asked questions on how best to maintain the quality of my disposal after installation. He explained in terms that were easy for me to understand and retain. It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!

I had a clog somewhere between the kitchen sink and the main. I tried snaking it myself but the clog was too far down. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out the same day and arrived when they said they would. Ricky, who did the work, explained what he would do and what it would cost. When I asked him about the price, he stated that it was somewhere in the middle between the highest and lowest I would find. Fair enough. Sometimes you pay a little more for a reputable company that will do the job right away. Ricky did an excellent job. He was careful to minimize the disruption, explained what he was doing, cleaned up everything and was extremely personable. Most importantly, he cleared the clog completely. Everything took just under an hour. The only complaint I have is that it would have been nice to know the approximate pricing prior to having them come out. They did have an on-line coupon for $40 off which was nice. If the same thing happened again, I would call them first.

John was very honest and upfront. He came out quickly and cleared out a large clog in my drain line. The whole process was completed in an hour and the price was reasonable.
