Today--and for the 2nd time--Val from Euro Plumbing saved me from a plumbing emergency. When we noticed a leak in our basement, he came out within hours (on a weekend!), did beautiful work, and charged us a reasonable price. He had me back to doing dishes (yay!) in no time. I live in Littleton and was referred to this company by someone else. I called first thing Monday morning after my water heater began leaking over the weekend. I told her about my leak and that I already reached out to the water heater manufacturer and confirmed that the water heater would likely need to be replaced and was still covered under warranty for the leak. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told me that the soonest opening would be on Tuesday but that she would see if someone could come over if they finished another job early. She took down my address and phone number. She called me back later Monday afternoon to say that nobody was able to finish early so she scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9:30 Tuesday morning. Well at 8:30 on Tuesday I get a call from Kevin who says: I'm not coming to your house because I only service the area of Parker and I don't go that far. I made it very clear where I lived when I first called and even gave my address and nobody told me that it would be a problem for him to come to my house. He didn't care at all that I was going on day 2 with no hot water. He also admitted that he didn't want to do the job because it was warranty work which requires him to buy the water heater and then wait as long as a month to be reimbursed by the manufacturer and it wasn't worth his time to come all the way out to my house for that type of job. I would just like to warn anyone of my experience as there are many other good plumbing companies available in the Denver area and I wouldn't trust someone who is more concerned about cherrypicking the most lucrative plumbing jobs while abandoning those jobs that were already scheduled by his company, but may be less desirable work.

Needed to have my sewer line jetted before closing on the sale of my house. After having 4 different companies cancel on me or try to reschedule, I found Rooter Guy and contacted them. They were amazing!!! They found a way to fit me in, took time to understand my situation and what I needed, and got the job done where others failed. After sketchy MasterRooter (my former plumber) found a block and break in my sewer line, I was being rushed by them to sign a contract for a $13,000 sewer line excavation and repair (first bid at $16k). They assured me that I would NOT find a better deal for the work. Luckily I wrote to a couple of other plumbers before I signed the contract and James from GPS got back to me. His initial bid for doing the same proposed work was $4k less than MasterRooter. Long story short, James came over and discovered that I didn't have an issue in the house-to-city sewer line (that was going to be $5,600 to fix) and the break in my sewer line was thick roots that MasterRooter barely tried to clear. I was being royally scammed! GPS showed up with modern, professional tools and explained everything logically and thoroughly. He saved me from wasting 10k on work that was unnecessary. James was awesome and came out on a Saturday to work and saved me from having my driveway and garage floor busted up. He was honest and trustworthy and the things he explained made sense.
