Justin came to clean out our sewer line and he was very friendly, thorough, and professional. He advised me on some other plumbing related things to consider, but wasn’t pushy or too trying to up-sell us too much. Highly recommend Brothers for your sewer needs.

This place is awesome! I certainly wasn't looking forward to replacing my water heater, but Top Shelf definitely softened the fall! I got a few estimates and not only were they far less than the competition, but Top Shelf was super responsive, transparent and I paid the estimated price - no BS! A few other places kept leaving the door open for further charges and with my water heater being a unique type that was already expensive to replace, value was very important to me. I also liked that Gerardo was the estimator AND the installer, and did a great job explaining what I needed to do to make sure this water heater lasts as long as the last one. Dawn who runs the command center was also awesome and very accommodating. Lastly, I appreciate that Ryan the owner is a Veteran, and takes care of fellow Veterans with a kind discount. All in all, I hope to never replace my furnace or AC unit, but when they eventually go, my first call is to Dawn at Top Shelf!!!

I was very happy with the service provided by Mr. Thomas. Very professional and meticulous and explained what was needed clearly in a way that I could understand. He even cleaned up well when he was done.

Mr. White replaced two toilets and fixed two showers. One shower he did for free as the fix was real easy, but he could have easily have told me $100 or so. Budget a bit more time than one might expect for a job with him because he triple and quadruple checks problems and his work, but that is the type of plumber you really want to have. He could easily have just thrown the toilets into place and left, but that is not the type of work he does.

Kris was great. Responded quickly. Came out and installed a new shower valve and shower drain for bathroom remodel. Afterwards he came out and put the finishing touches on it. One price. Very reasonable. Will definitely use again. Thank, Kris.

Using A Better Plumber was a terrific experience! We called Saturday, and by Sunday we had our problems addressed by Dylan. Dylan was an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. His work product was tremendous and he even cleaned up at the end. I would absolutely recommend Dylan and A Better Plumber.

Called Rashad after finding a leaking roof and a large amount of water on the ground. Wouldn’t you know it , frozen pipes .Rashad came out and took a look at the problem and let me where the damage was and what it would take to get things back in order. We scheduled a time to the following day and upon arrival his crew wasted no time fixing things up. Thank you Rashad for all of you help. Pipe It Up to the rescue.

No B.S. Just great plumbing. These guys really saved the day. You don't realize how important hot water is until the water heater goes out. Lmao Nonetheless, these guys get the big 5!!

Denver Plumbing was very knowledgeable, helpful and their prices were the same or better than others. The quality of the ac repair parts also seemed better.

Absolutely horrible service, and it is too bad that Fidelity National Home Warranty works with this company. Justin came out to look at a faucet and my hot water heater and the information that he delivered to me was completely different than the information the was given to FNHW. When I asked Service Network Plumbing & Heating, INC for the report they gave to FNHW they informed me they don't have report they just called it in. FNHW denied both claims, though they don't have a report or any diagnostics. I was told that the one faucet that is leaking in my home is because the water pressure (the water pressure from the main line, that services 3 other units)
is too high, however, there are 8 faucets in my home and 4 shower heads, and only one faucet is leaking. When I asked why this was, Justin informed me that it could actually be a separate issue. I bought my house in February and when I got my home inspection they tested the water pressure in my unit and it was fine. I was told what needed to be done to remove the smell from my hot water heater is not recommended because the hot water heater is more than 6 years old, so it would need to be replaced, this is in addition to my water not always being hot, and staying cold for long periods of time. The information he gave to FNHW is that after running diagnostics the hot water heater works fine, however there is no proof of said diagnostics. Justin was at my house for less than 10 minutes, and didn't run any other faucets or shower heads.
