I can't say enough good things about this company and Ryan. Not only were they one of the only people that called me back (2 call backs out of 12 companies called) but they ended up showing up the same day and an hour earlier than expected, which was awesome. Ryan was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue in no time at all at a very reasonable cost. I definitely was not overcharged and am extremely happy with everything. I will definitely be referring them to anybody that needs an electrician. They definitely know how to run a business. Honestly, this is the only contractor that has ever left my house that I have been 100% happy with.

Received a call the day of my appointment, which had been scheduled a month in advance, that they would not be able to provide the service due to the slope of my roof. There was no proactive measure taken ahead of the appointment to confirm the roof information, which we would have been able to provide any not waste a month's time waiting.

I had Tipping Hat install a new furnace, humidifier and hot water heater 4 years ago. I started having furnace issues, Jacob Patterson is the tech that came out. Absolutely one of the best service technicians I have ever dealt with. Very professional and very informative.He noticed a few other things that needed to be corrected.If all of their employees are this good, I will highly recommend this company. Marc came out twice and installed reverse osmosis water filter and water heater. On time, quoted my costs up front and was very professional. I am very please with my water heater closet, reconfigured everything and now I even how a storage area in that closet. Good work!

He is very professional and informative and did I mention kind? He was very kind and compassionate about our needs. He explained everything he was doing step by step and the why’s. He was very informative about our old appliances versus the new and improved appliances. We love Plumbline Services. They are currently 3 hours late for an appointment I made 6 days ago. They started on an issue for us three weeks ago had to stop for clean up after that was done we made the appointment and even after being with no plumbing for 2 weeks they put us a week out now aren't here for the appointment and are unreachable. If you have a true emergency I would not recommend them.

The team showed up in time and did a great job. The whole team was amazing from start to finish and I can’t thank them enough. My parents have already scheduled a maintenance with them. Keep doing the good job you are doing.
