The technician, Johnathan was great, very good about communicating what had occurred and how he fixed it. My husband and I have been experiencing what we believed was a leak in the wall. The reason why we believed that was because we would hear it through the wall when we would use to upstairs bathroom. When explaining this to Leon over the phone he was so understanding and asking all the right questions to making sure what it was that we needed.

I am excited to tell everyone about how important my mention of Done and it's professional staff is to me...it's literally a matter of life and death! No kidding! An elderly woman friend of ours had roofers do repairs at her house recently and she noticed something amiss in her garage HVAC exhaust piping. I looked at it late last night and was a bit alarmed. The roofers had dislodged the PVC induced exhaust pipe and it was allowing carbon monoxide and carbonic acid vapor emissions in the garage. Had this been an interior unit, there's a likelihood our friend would have already expired regardless of a CO detector alarm. Done dispatched Justin immediately to fix it. I could not be present to fix the pipe myself and my reliance on Justin gives me confidence about what I wanted to believe America still stands for. Justin represents Done at the highest standards possible and he has convinced me perhaps I should use done at our place too for future work. After receiving great quality of service from Barry at Pipelife our parents recommended we call him to help replace our kitchen sink. Very good experience. James seemed honest and professional. His estimate was good and accurate (unlike another company I had got another estimate from). He was polite and also took time to explain things to me, especially when I asked questions. I don't know how his rates compare to others, but the main thing I look for is someone who is trustworthy and professional.
